Dosta Tours Reviews & Customer Experiences

Customer reviews

During our one week stay in Diani , Mr. Ismail and his crew from Dosta Excursions Diani, were exceptionally good at their work . All the drivers were always on time , adhered to the rules of the road and they made us feel at peace and instilled in us enough trust that we slept through our trips to the different destinations! Not to mention how respectful and hospitable they all were. I would especially commend Mr. Peter Onyango - a kind, cheerful , friendly and amazing soul , for a job well done and to thank him for making us feel welcomed and taken care of. I’d 💯 recommend Mr Ismail and his team 👏🏽. Kudos

Traveling in Kenya with Ismail and his agency was simply a perfect experience in every way. We're from Italy and needed reliable support for all our travels in the country: we trusted them, and we couldn't have made a better choice.
All the drivers were exceptional: always punctual, extremely kind, polite, and exceptionally helpful. They made every journey safe and comfortable. In addition to daily transfers, we also organized the excursion to Wasini Island with them, and it was a fantastic experience, managed down to the smallest detail.
Another notable strength is the excellent quality-price ratio: their prices are truly affordable and fair, especially when compared to other agencies. We also know that they organize and offer support for excursions throughout Kenya, so they are the ideal reference for anyone who wants to explore the country without a care in the world.
100% highly recommended! Thank you so much to Ismail and his entire team.

Choosing a tour operator or transfer company is about more than finding a good price. You want to know that your driver will arrive on time, your vehicle will be clean and comfortable, your plans will be handled professionally, and you'll have someone you can trust throughout your journey.

That's what our customers tell us matters most.

Below are genuine reviews shared by travelers who have experienced Dosta Tours for airport and hotel transfers, excursions, Wasini Island tours, road trips and travel experiences in Diani and across Kenya.

What Our Customers Say About Dosta Tours

Our reviews consistently highlight the things we work hard to deliver every day: punctuality, reliability, professionalism, hospitality, clean vehicles, safety and personalized service.

Reliable & On-Time Transfers

Punctuality is one of the qualities our customers mention most often.

One traveler described Dosta's drivers as always on time, while another highlighted our excellent time keeping and good response time.

For travelers arriving in Kenya, this matters. Whether you're being collected from the airport, traveling from the SGR or heading to your hotel or next destination, reliable transportation allows you to enjoy your trip without unnecessary stress.

Clean, Comfortable & Safe Vehicles

Customers have also highlighted the condition of our vehicles and the comfort of traveling with our drivers.

Reviews mention clean cars, safe journeys and drivers who follow the rules of the road. One family even described feeling sufficiently comfortable and confident in the drivers that they were able to relax and sleep during their journeys between destinations.

We believe transportation should be part of a great travel experience, not something you have to worry about.

Wasini Island & Coastal Excursions

Dosta Tours also helps travelers explore the Kenyan coast through excursions and customized experiences.

Our customers have enjoyed trips to destinations including Wasini Island, Funzi, African Pool, Amboseli and Tsavo, with Wasini Island specifically mentioned in recent customer feedback as a well-organized and memorable excursion.

If you're staying in Diani, we can help you arrange your transfers and excursions so you can spend less time worrying about logistics and more time enjoying the coast.

Great travel experiences aren't only about getting from one destination to another.

Our customers have described our team as professional, friendly, respectful, kind, cheerful and helpful.

International travelers have also trusted Dosta to support their journeys throughout Kenya, including daily transfers and excursions.

We aim to understand what each traveler needs and remain flexible throughout the trip rather than treating every customer like a standard booking.
